Patient Care

Our goal is to collaborate with patients in a team-based, interdisciplinary approach to restore patients' voices and ability to communicate as well as improve swallowing and breathing. Treatment may include medical treatments and/or surgical interventions, including office-based procedures voice and swallowing therapy in collaboration with our speech-language pathologists and clinical singing voice specialist experts, through face-to-face visits or through teletherapy.

The Division of Laryngology investigates how voice, breathing, and swallowing problems impact the health and daily function of our patients. We are committed to examining the real-world practice patterns of care in the evaluation and treatment of patients with voice, swallowing, and breathing disorders to enhance evidenced-based care to improve best practices and patient outcomes.
