Jamila Minga, Ph.D., CCC-SLP elected Member-at-large for Academy of Neurologic Communication Disorders and Sciences (ANCDS)

Jamila Minga, Ph.D., CCC-SLP is an Assistant Professor, speech-language pathologist and researcher has been elected Member-at-large for Academy of Neurologic Communication Disorders and Sciences (ANCDS) Executive Board for a two-year term. In this position, Dr. Minga will help to meet the ANCDS mission to encourage the highest quality of life for those with communication disorders. Members-at-large serve as liaison between the Executive Board and an ANCDS committee assigned to them by the President. Dr. Minga hopes to advocate for initiatives to enhance the communication outcomes of right hemisphere stroke survivors while serving the organization.

ANCDS is a non-profit professional association that supports practitioners who serve individuals with neurologic communication disorders by providing education, training, and certification opportunities to promote high quality professional service.
