Chief Administrative Officer
Chris Tobias, MPA, is the Chief Administrator for the Duke Department of Head and Neck Surgery & Communication Sciences. Prior to holding the position of Chief Administrator, Chris served as the Administrative Director for the Duke Global Health Institute and the Institute for Genome Sciences & Policy.
Chris received her MPA at Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University, focusing on health care administration.
