Dr. Charles "Chip" Woodard serves as the Division Chief for Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and Division Chief for Comprehensive Otolaryngology. In these roles, he leads divisional growth and clinical coverage efforts for the department. He is actively involved in strategic planning for expansion of service lines across the health system. He also serves as the Otolaryngology Residency Program Director and is responsible for the educational and procedural curriculum for all of the ENT residents. He has also overseen expansion of the residency program and initiation of an embedded 7-year research-focused track within the training program during his tenure as program director.
