
La'Toria Jallah, M.Ed., CCC-SLP, CBIS, has been accepted into the Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) program at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She will focus on Leadership in Health Equity, Public Health Policy, and Advocacy.
Currently a Clinical Research Coordinator at the Minga Right Hemisphere Communication Lab and Clinical Speech-Language Pathologist, Jallah will begin the program in August 2026, deferring for a year due to her family's move to Tennessee, where her husband will join Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R).
Jallah expressed her gratitude for her time at Duke, particularly the opportunity to work with passionate colleagues and advocate for stroke survivors. She looks forward to the new challenges and opportunities at Johns Hopkins, confident that the program will enhance her ability to drive positive change in public health.
