Clinical and Research Interests
Currently, my clinical and research interests are in head and neck oncology, reconstruction/facial plastics, health disparities and medical education.
What were you looking for in a residency program?
My expectation for my residency program is to provide a supportive environment where I can cultivate both clinical reasoning and surgical skill set that will allow me to competently care for my patients in the future.
What advice do you have for incoming interns?
Make sure to enjoy your time before starting residency, no but seriously!
What do you like to do outside of Duke?
I like spending time with my co-interns and exploring downtown Durham. I love catching up with family and friends and listening to afro-beats. I look forward to scheduled FT dates with my twin who is also an ENT intern at UMMC.
